The Privacy Notice indicates the use of your data on and off the site.

ESTRATEGIAS EN NEGOCIOS DIGITALES NEDI, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., based on articles 15, 16, and other applicable articles of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations, with the purpose of informing you about the main characteristics of the treatment to which your personal data will be subjected, issues this Privacy Notice. 

The responsible entity that collects your data is ESTRATEGIAS EN NEGOCIOS DIGITALES NEDI, S. DE R.L. DE C.V with address at Encino #46, Col. Vista Hermosa. Tequisquiapan, Qro. C.P. 76750, responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. 

DEFINITIONS

I.Privacy Notice: A physical, electronic or any other format document generated by the data controller that is made available to the data subject, prior to the processing of his/her personal data, in accordance with article 15 of this Law.

II.Databases: The ordered set of personal data referring to an identified or identifiable person.

III.Consent: Manifestation of the will of the owner of the data by means of which the processing thereof is carried out.

IV.Personal data: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.

V.Sensitive personal data: Information that affects the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the owner. In particular, sensitive data are considered those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference.

VI.Institute: Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection, referred to in the Federal Law of Transparency and Access to Public Governmental Information.

VII.Law: Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties.

VIII.Regulation: The Regulation of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals.

IX.Controller: Individual or legal entity of a private nature that decides on the processing of personal data.

X.Data Subject: The natural person to whom the personal data corresponds.

XI.Processing: The collection, use, disclosure or storage of personal data, by any means. Use includes any action of access, handling, exploitation, transfer or disposition of personal data.

XII.Transfer: Any communication of data to a person other than the person responsible for or in charge of the processing.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

We may use your personal data for various purposes, depending on the particular circumstances in which they are collected, always obeying the relationship we have with you, therefore, we will treat your data for the following purposes:

II.To provide you with services for the adequate solution of the issues you entrust to our professionals. 

III.To elaborate contracts, letters, opinions or other legal documents related to the service of the matters you entrust to us.

PERSONAL DATA THAT MAY BE COLLECTED AND PROCESSED 

You can browse our website without providing personal data, however, there are certain actions that require voluntarily providing your data. Such is the case of sending e-mails, registering to receive information of interest, contracting our services or providing us with any service. The personal data that we may collect belong to the following categories:

All consent will be duly required except for the cases exempted in Article 10 of the LFPDPPP. 

PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS 

In general terms, our website and the services we offer are not intended for minors. However, if they are collected, used or stored, it will be done with the consent of their parents or guardians. 

If you are a parent or guardian of a minor who has provided your personal data without your consent, you may request the exercise of any of the ARCO Rights by sending an email to informes@nedi.mx. 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA 

NEDI may transfer your personal data to third parties with whom it maintains a relationship, only in order to fulfill the purposes described in the Privacy Notice, except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP. 

In the particular case of job candidates and employees, their data will be transferred in cases in which they themselves request it in order to provide professional references. 

MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION (ARCO) BEFORE NEDI 

All your personal data are treated in accordance with the applicable legislation in force in the country, therefore we inform you that you have at all times the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the treatment that we give to your personal data, as well as to revoke the consent given for the treatment of these; Rights that can be asserted by sending a request to the mail informes@nedi.mx 

For your easy reference, the ARCO rights are briefly described below: 

Access: It is theRight to obtain from legal evolution your personal data, as well as information regarding the conditions and generalities of the treatment.
Rectification: It is theRight you have to request that any change or correction be made to the personal data that legal evolution has about you, when they turn out to be inaccurate or incomplete.
Cancellation: It is theRight you have to request that your information held byNEDI, be removed from their databases from a blocking period, during which all processing is ceased, except for storage, for subsequent deletion. 
Opposition: It is theRight you have to request that your data not be used for any of the purposes mentioned in the privacy notice. 

The request must have the following requirements: 

I.Full name, email and address to communicate the response to your request. 

II.Documents proving your identity or, if applicable, legal representation by means of power of attorney, power of attorney signed before two witnesses or statement in appearance of the Holder. 

III.A clear description of the personal data with respect to which it seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights. 

IV.Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data subject of the request. Your request will be answered within the term allowed by law and we will inform you about the origin of the request through the e-mail or address you have provided us. 

The response to such request will be carried out by the responsible within a period not exceeding 20 working days from the date it was received. The data controller may extend this period by up to 20 more business days, when the case so warrants, after notifying the owner or legal representative. 

The resolution adopted by the responsible party will be communicated to the Data Subject through the options chosen by him/her, which are established in the request for the exercise of ARCO Rights.

In cases in which the Data Subject wishes to revoke the authorization granted to the responsible party, with respect to the Personal Data provided, he/she must make the corresponding request in the same terms established in this Privacy Notice to exercise the ARCO rights. 

The processing of the request shall be free of charge, and the Holder shall only be required to cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats, in the situations that may warrant it. 

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE 

The Responsible reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Notice, which will be disclosed through the website www.nedi.mx or the one that comes to replace it. 

Likewise, the Data Subject is informed that he/she has the right to object to the processing of his/her Personal Data in case he/she does not agree with the modifications that this Privacy Notice may present, for such purpose, he/she shall send a request to the aforementioned e-mail address.
